We know that we don’t have to tell you that Pink Floyd’s Dark Side of the Moon is a psychedelic masterpiece. But did you know that the album was pretty close to being called Eclipse? British heavy blues band Medicine Head released an album by the same name in 1972, causing the band to consider their outer space influences. Clearly things worked out as the band intended, but Floyd fans can appreciate that this addition isn’t just about the Eclipse track.
